Diesel Worx director Craig Blacktopp began his career as an apprentice diesel mechanic in his native New Zealand. After completing his qualifications, Craig worked for Komatsu and Tamrock as an underground mining mechanic, specialising in all makes and models of mining equipment. Craig moved to Melbourne in 2001, where he worked for several leading earthmoving companies and quickly established for himself a solid reputation within the industry for prompt quality workmanship. Craig then decided to branch out on his own, establishing a fully equipped service vehicle to offer on-site servicing and repairs under the banner of Blacktopp Diesel Services.

Blacktopp Diesel Services proved successful thanks to Craig's honest and reliable service and his growing client base. Craig eventually took on more staff and opened a dedicated workshop and yard in Regency Park, allowing him to expand his range of services before formally becoming DieselWorx Pty Ltd, the go-to repairer for clients of all sizes throughout Adelaide, including Cooper's Brewery Ltd from our new address in Wingfield.
